Job Description

We're seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to join the team! In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing plant operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Lead manufacturing processes, ensuring machine efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery
• Oversee equipment maintenance and partner with vendors for equipment and materials
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all employees and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Administer compensation, incentive programs, and performance reviews for production, maintenance, and traffic employees
• Champion employee development through coaching, mentoring, and continuous learning
• Drive strategic planning for 1–5 year growth in products, services, and capital investments
• Utilize MRP/ERP systems to manage production scheduling and cost efficiency
• Foster open communication with sales, customer service, and customers

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of manufacturing management experience
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MRP/ERP systems
• Project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of manufacturing management experience
• 4-year college degree (BA or BS)
• Flexo-graphic printing process knowledge
• Mechanical aptitude
• ISO certification knowledge
• Experience in Lean or Quick Response Manufacturing
• Background in corrugated packaging industry and vendor management
