If you're ready to do the greatest work of your life, come join us.About The RoleWing is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our Manufacturing and Supply Chain team based in Palo Alto, California . In this role, you will lead the migration of the supply base to build a resilient supply chain. You'll liaise with manufacturing partners for parts qualification and product validation. Your efforts will be crucial to delivering cost-effective hardware. The ideal candidate is passionate about making an impact in a fast-paced environment and can deliver results as part of a dynamic, cross-functional team.What You'll DoLead Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain initiatives to mitigate supplier risks.Coordinate with hardware teams on validation and reliability of new or alternate components.Collaborate with Sourcing, Purchasing, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to ensure process compliance with Wing and Alphabet standards.Manage supply chain resiliency projects across business functions.Ensure vendor data and security audits comply with Alphabet's security standards.What You'll Need8+ years of experience in supply chain setup, supplier migration, or related fields.BA/BS in EE, ME, or equivalent practical experience.Proven ability to influence and collaborate across multi-regional teams.Experience in parts validation, qualification, and seamless BOM rollout.Experience with NPI in hardware product environments.Program management skills with a successful track record in matrix organizations.Strong communication and organizational skills, with cross-functional collaboration experience.Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.Understanding of Incoterms and trade compliance.Willingness to travel internationally 10-15%.The US base salary for this full-time position ranges from $201,000 to $234,000 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
