Manufacturing Operations Leader - Duracell : Job Details

Reliability. Manage systemic issues with equipment reliability and leads gap analysis and action plan (Hoshin). Owns overall team plan (integrating staffing, training, leadership role changes, etc.). Process Control Leads Work Process Improvement initiatives. Ensure centerlines and CI - Ls are adhered to and communicates changes to personnel. Ensure that technicians are following operating standards as appropriate. Quality. Owns process capability (Pp. K) and daily action plan for respective lines. Ensure that technicians are following operating standards as appropriate. Delivery. Responsible for coaching technicians to deliver desired results. Holds 1:1 s/ performance evaluations across the department. Holds team members accountable to standards.
