**Pay Range:** $96,745 - $120,931 per year. Actual pay depends on skills and experience.

**Position Details:**

• Full-Time, 1st Shift (must be open to all shifts)
• Up to 20% travel

**Minimum Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's Degree + 6+ years of related experience OR High School Diploma + 9+ years of experience

**Preferred:** Master's Degree

**Responsibilities:**

• Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Create data analytics to identify improvement opportunities
• Lead and train teams in TPM, Lean, Six Sigma
• Manage projects and collaborate across departments
