Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range $100,295.00/yr - $125,369.00/yrJoin the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education ReimbursementSalary: $100,295-125,369 plus annual target bonusIf you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!Position Responsibilities:Develops and implements continuous improvement initiatives within their local manufacturing plant to drive improved operational performance and develop Operations Excellence tools and platforms to drive transformation across the plantCreate detailed data analytics utilizing process information and financial reports to assess manufacturing activities and identify improvement opportunitiesProvide expertise, leadership, and training on TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, and other structured continuous improvement techniques to all employees within the plantUtilize a hands-on approach in working with the front-line team members to promote and deploy sustainable continuous improvement activitiesProvide project management leadership to implement pilots and the ongoing rollout of new continuous improvement plansCollaborate with and influence all functional areas to ensure the continuous improvement strategy is understood and is sufficiently supported by the appropriate stakeholdersThis position may require travel up to 20% of the timeOther duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 9 plus years of specific experiencePreferred Education and Experience:Master's DegreeBenefitsAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
