Manufacturing Shift Lead Who we are looking for: We are currently searching for a Manufacturing Shift Lead to be based out of Allendale, SC. Reporting to the Production Manager. This person will be responsible for overseeing the plant production in the most efficient manner to produce quality products and meet sales requirements. This includes improving scheduling, production process, and workflow on an ongoing basis to ensure the most efficient production of materials. The Shift Leader also ensures that all production activities follow OSHA regulations as well as organizational policies and other applicable government laws or regulations.
