  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Design, analyze, and implement fabrication and machining techniques to meet customer specifications.
  • Collaborate with production teams to enhance CNC machining, welding, and cutting operations.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum performance.
  • Work closely with quality control to maintain high standards in all manufacturing operations.
  • Assist in the selection and integration of new tools, materials, and automation technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in machining, fabrication, and metal processing techniques.
  • Strong understanding of CNC programming, CAD/CAM software, and process automation.
  • Hands-on problem-solving skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, production, and quality teams.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles is a plus.
