Manufacturing Manager (80 – 100K)

We are currently recruiting for an outstanding opportunity for a Manufacturing Manager in the Syracuse, NY area.

This hands on leadership role is best suited for someone who thrives on the production floor, actively engaged with people and processes.

This role requires a proactive, people oriented leader who understands how to align production with strategic goals through direct, on the floor leadership.

Your Role:

• The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for Cost, Quality, and Thruput Goals within a designated Manufacturing area.
• Provide direction to a team of production supervisors and operators.
• Understand cycle and takt time to plan and schedule production activities.
• Track metrics and communicate solutions to increase performance and reduce scrap.
• Implement standard work activities.
• Communicate with customers and senior plant leadership.

Experience / Education Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred. AAS will be considered with 5-10+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated Management experience within manufacturing.
• Experience with Forecasting and Budgeting.
