Manufacturing Manager - fpc franchise : Job Details

FPC of Ocean Springs has partnered with an aerospace components manufacturer in upper New Jersey (30 miles west of NYC) to find a high-performing Manufacturing Manager. This role will manage approximately 8 supervisors for an organization of approximately 400 total production associates.

You'll be a great fit if:

• You have a proven history of leading production operations for highly engineered products with 200+ employees
• You have documented experience in deploying a lean manufacturing culture
• You have experience developing and executing long-range plans for manufacturing sites

To be considered, you'll need:

• A BS degree, 8+ years of experience, and ITAR compliance (must be a US person as defined by ITAR)

Salary: $140,000 – 160,000
