Tri-County Technical College is seeking an innovative, collaborative, and energetic adjunct MML Instructor. Reporting to the MML Program Director, the MML adjunct instructor will teach classes in the Manufacturing Management and Leadership Program using systematically planned and delivered instruction for the program; maintain records of student academic progress and attendance, evaluate level of achievement, and assign grades for the program. Classes are offered during the day and evening and online at various Tri-County Technical College campuses, including Anderson, Pendleton, and Oconee. Curriculum areas include: Lean Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Management, Statistical Process Control, Manufacturing Management Technology, Manufacturing and Continuous Process Improvement, Total Quality, Continuous Improvement, Management Safety, Industrial Supervision, and OSHA Standards. Classes are taught face-to-face/in classroom and/or distance learning/online. This role is part-time and does not include benefits. Minimum and Additional Requirements An Associate's Degree in a related field, along with 5 years of management and/or leadership excellence experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 5 years of management experience demonstrating excellence in leading teams in effective project management and championing successful goal achievement, thereof.
