Role Description:

Seeking an experienced Lead with hands-on MES application support experience in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will:

• Have 3–5 years of experience providing IT or application support for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environments.
• Possess strong experience with POMSnet MES; experience with Rockwell or other MES platforms is also desirable.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of GMP manufacturing processes, batch records, workflows, and data capture requirements.
• Support system configurationsrecipe management, and user access controls
• Be capable of troubleshooting system errorsapplication issues, and coordinating with vendors for technical support
• Understand ITIL processes (incident, change, and problem management).
• Have basic SQL knowledge for data queries and issue analysis.
• Document system processes, configurations, and incident resolution procedures clearly and accurately.
• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
