• Develop, configure, and optimize processes from conception through production.
• Develop new ideas, systems, technology, analyze and improve current standard processes.
• Support New Product Development (NPD), production and process improvements.
• Supports R&D engineering in translating customer needs to manufacturable products.
• Evaluate and introduce automation solutions, and manage all aspects of design, build, and implementation of solutions.

The Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering or related.
• 2-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude - print reading, tool design, and design for manufacturing (DFM).
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written are a must.
• Problem solving, hands-on technical ability.
