Job Description :

This position is responsible for evaluating manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operators. This position will also be responsible for safety and supervision of daily manufacturing operations of our Exhaust team.

  • Responsible for ensuring employee safety and by modeling, setting and enforcing safety, identifying unsafe conditions or acts, correcting the condition, and implementing solutions to avoid future potential for similar situations.
  • Directs the activities of employees engaged in production work.
  • Evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operators.
  • Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.

Your Skills Should Include

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with fabrication and welding equipment and techniques is preferred.
  • Requires advanced training, certificate or equivalent experience in welding and metal Fabrication. Prefer a BS in an Engineering or scientific discipline.
  • Must have strong technical and problem solving skills.
  • Exercise good business judgment in making decisions with the long-term interests of the Company in mind.
  • Deal effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people and situations.
  • Maintain the integrity of highly confidential business information.
