  • Create and refine manufacturing processes for precision CNC parts across multi-axis equipment
  • Collaborate with CAM programmers to support toolpath strategies, feeds/speeds, and machine setup optimization
  • Select tooling and fixturing for small- to medium-sized production runs involving exotic alloys and aluminum
  • Conduct time studies and implement continuous improvement measures to drive throughput and yield
  • Partner with quality and production teams to troubleshoot machining issues and resolve deviations
  • Support the introduction of new parts and revisions, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and internal standards
  • Develop work instructions, SOPs, and best practices for setup and machining processes

  • Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 3+ years in a CNC-focused manufacturing engineering role, ideally within a precision machining environment
  • Familiarity with aerospace standards, ITAR compliance, and tight-tolerance components
  • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T
  • Hands-on understanding of CNC machining, tooling setup, and process troubleshooting
  • Experience with Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar CAM platforms is a plus
