Develop and upkeep aids such as process alerts, work instructions, and one-point lessons. Identify process problems and own their resolutions to increase production output, including root cause analysis and data reporting to department. Analyze capital expenditures and project designs to find cost cutting and investment driving solutions, including for new equipment to ensure proper release. Identify areas for quality improvement in the process and collaborate to find solutions that drive down scrap in the area.
