Trident Consulting is hiring Production/Manufacturing Technician in St. Louis, MO – Onsite

Title: Production Technician/Process Operator (Manufacturing Technician 1)

Work Location: St. Louis, MO

Type: W2 Contract to Hire

1st shift: Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm

Technical Skills:

• Operation of production equipment (CIP, COP, Kaps All Torquer, Label Line)
• Cleanroom protocols and sterile techniques
• Batch record execution using **SAP (eBR)**
• Torque testing & hand torquing
• Packaging and labeling of pharmaceutical/biotech products
• Phenolic and manual cleaning procedures
• Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Waste disposal in a regulated environment
• PPE use and safety compliance
• Labeling and in-process material handling

Soft Skills / Behavioral Competencies:

• Physical stamina (lifting up to 50 lbs., long periods in PPE)
• May require shift work, including 8/10/12 hour day/night schedules working during various days of the week
• 1+ years in a regulated manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
• Experience with SAP or other MRP/ERP systems (a plus)
