PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a regional client to hire a talented Manufacturing Engineer

This is a direct hire role with the opportunity to make an immediate impact.

What You'll Do

• Drive improvements in CNC machining & tooling processes
• Quote cycle times from CAD/prints
• Train & coach operators for success
• Program, setup & optimize CNC mills and lathes
• Recommend tools, equipment & workflow improvements
• Collaborate with Quality to ensure top standards

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 yrs CNC machining experience (lathes & mills)
• CNC programming expertise (CAD/CAM + shop-floor edits)
• Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of TPM, Kaizen, GD&T, SPC
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent exp.)
