We're Hiring: Manufacturing Engineer

?? Butler, WI | ?? $70k–$85k | ?? 1st Shift

Are you a hands-on engineer who thrives on problem-solving and process improvement? We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and help drive innovation in medical device manufacturing.

What You'll Do

?? Support new product launches (NPI) by optimizing manufacturing processes

?? Collaborate with automation partners on robotics & vision systems

?? Troubleshoot technical issues and lead root cause analysis

?? Drive continuous improvement using Lean/CI tools (Kaizen, 5S, VSM, etc.)

?? Design cell layouts and develop standardized work for operators

?? Partner across teams to boost safety, quality, delivery & cost efficiency

What We're Looking For

? Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or similar)

? 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (molding/assembly a plus)

? Strong CAD & ERP skills; proficiency with MS Office

? Excellent communicator & team player who can juggle multiple projects
