Of the Job: The position of Manufacturing Engineer exists to provide a technical liaison between Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality Assurance. The position identifies coordinates, and implements, activities with all functional areas that contribute to new, improved or more efficient technologies, processes, and product designs. The incumbent will assist in preparing for new manufacturing technology and complicated technical systems and provide the necessary skills for successful completion of capital projects. The position provides technical liaison between manufacturing and engineering to ensure a design to cost approach and manufacturability of components parts within the ISO quality requirements. This position also monitors and analyzes productivity for improved machining operations. Primary Job Functions:Provides technical liaison between Manufacturing and Engineering.
