Manufacturing Engineer - GE Vernova : Job Details

Provide technical support in the disassembly, repairs and assembly processes for the shop floor. Lead initiatives (Lean action workouts) to meet Service Center Fulfilment Five (EHS, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Productivity) Goals and Objectives. Collaborate closely with ops teams and cross-functions to address specific Tooling related and manufacturing processes that need to be improved, collaborating with functions such as Operations, Quality, Repair Vendors, Equipment/ Tooling vendors, etc. Provide leadership/mentorship for team to lead shop floor improvement projects to resolution. Help drive resolution on process-related problems and technical issues. Own and drive maintenance and P&E budgets for critical shop floor projects, tooling, supplies, and repairs. Share best practices across shop floor to drive consistency, ensure our processes are continuously improving. Own shop floor work instructions and ensure compliance with OEM Manuals.
