Manufacturing Engineer - GE Vernova : Job Details

Define and control production processes, including tooling and equipment selection and implementation. Serve as a liaison between Engineering and Operations to ensure smooth production and issue resolution. Validate design specifications and their application on the shop floor for new products, tools, and equipment. Support tool and process development in coordination with Process Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams. Assist with new product introduction (NPI) process development, documentation, and continuous improvement. Create, verify, and validate CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers using CAM software (NX, Mastercam). Utilize CAD software (Solid. Works, NX) to evaluate designs and support simple fixture or jig creation. Contribute to troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
