Own and eliminate production losses, whether in utilization, yield, or uptime, to ensure effective solutions are implemented. Evaluates and categorizes production losses for proper classification for targeted improvement efforts. Record, analyze, and interpret production deviation data to determine trends and opportunities for performance improvement. Determines and prioritizes corrective actions to close operational performance gaps. Review daily operating logs to identify equipment reliability issues and collaborate with teams to address challenges. Partner with reliability engineers to identify and address equipment losses to ensure long-term reliability improvements. Works with the Capability Leader to determine solutions for mitigating losses due to operating discipline. Monitors and analyzes the effectiveness of the reliability program to ensure performance targets are met and areas for improvement are addressed.
