Participate in industry groups. Perform advanced engineering tasks under limited supervision. Oversees all aspects of a significant engineering project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. Develops an action plan and estimates requirements for resourcesmanagement, labor, materials, and time required to complete the project. Prepares monthly reports , detailing progress and costs for top management. User of CAE tools such as Solidworks, MATLAB, Lab. View, Minitab, EES, CFD, FEA . Develops and applies engineering standards and procedures, and provides advice on issues within the engineering field. Analyzes and identifies causes of component failures. Capable of providing technical solutions to help solve manufacturing issues or address customer field issues; has some familiarity with multiple operations. Use team management skills to lead the design group during the conceptual phase of product development.
