Manufacturing Engineer - Murray Resources : Job Details

Will be direct line of communication between production and engineering. Liaise with R&D department to review new product designs and documentation to ensure they are production ready. Work with shop floor technicians to ensure compliance to design documentation and identify and resolve systematic quality or productivity issues. Develop, deploy, and debug manufacturing methods, tools and equipment that result in sufficient capacity to meet customer demand while also promoting product quality, process efficiency, and operator safety. Continual improvement and oversite of manufacturing process documentation by assuring that manufacturing processes and related documentation follow established policies and procedures. Utilize best practice tools and principles for day-to-day problem solving and continuous improvement. Assist in identifying equipment needs on the production floor and evaluating internal and external options for sourcing such equipment.
