Core Responsibilities of our Manufacturing Engineer for Assembly:
  • Conduct continuous improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability
  • Create required controlled documents
  • Maintain standards for current processes
  • Deploying and integrating line automation improvements
  • Mechanical design
  • Electrical knowledge
  • Robot knowledge
  • PLC programming, Pneumatic systems, Fluid systems knowledge
  • Experience with presses and fasteners
  • Error proofing concepts and production processes
  • Project management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent four-year college or technical school and 2 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of relevant experience and training, or an equivalent combination of both education and experience
  • Experience with quality management systems strongly desired
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Preferred 2 years' experience in related field
  • Experience in error-proofing concepts and basic production processes
  • Entry level knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
  • Experience with presses and fasteners
  • Experience in project management and process control documentation skills
