Job Overview

We are seeking an early career B2B Technical Account Rep for a stable, growing, 70+ year-old global company. The role involves driving account growth and customer support within an assigned business segment, following up with incoming leads, developing project solutions, executing commercial strategies, achieving sales targets, and supporting revenue growth. The position reports directly to the facility GM.

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 2 years of B2B account management experience with a technical manufactured product
• Strong solution-based account management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to build relationships, close deals, and drive new business

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account growth strategies with leadership
• Identify new business opportunities through leads, networking, and trade shows
• Manage and expand commercial, OEM, and institutional accounts
• Execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets
• Conduct customer meetings via in-person, phone, or video
• Prepare quotes in coordination with internal teams
• Use CRM and other systems for communication and process improvements
• Use data analytics to refine strategies and achieve sales goals
• Domestic travel (~20%) required
