Summary: The Manufacturing & Assembly Associate (Mirror Trainee) - Alternate Shift will support assembling and packing Bobrick's line of mirrors. We're seeking candidates who can follow verbal instructions and function in a team-oriented, continuously improving environment where safety is the #1 priority. Job Responsibilities: (including the following; other duties may be assigned)
- Follows all safety rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare crates or pallets for branch orders and customer orders.
- Safely move mirror pallets using a pallet jack.
- Assemble mirrors, including cleaning glass, adding foam, and securing frames.
- Verify proper placement of mirrors within the frames.
- Lift, position, and seal mirrors into cartons or crates with care.
- Conduct final inspections and report defects.
- Collaborate with the lead or material handler for supply requests.
- Report any issues promptly.
- Replenish supplies as needed, communicate with the lead/material handler when in need of glass, cages, or crates.

- High school diploma or GED and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Capable of using routers, files, and other shop equipment as directed and trained.
- Some shop or industrial woodworking, cabinetry, or CNC familiarity experience is a plus.
- Must be able to organize workload and determine sequences of operations.
- Must be able to read a tape measure.
- Communicates effectively and understands policies.
- Capable of meeting work demands and adhering to deadlines.
- Ensures safe operation of all machinery.
- Possesses troubleshooting skills to resolve issues.
- Understands and adheres to all quality checks.

Schedule of Operations:
- Monday - Thursday (10-hour shifts)
- 7:00 pm - 5:30 am
Salary:
- $18.00/hr.
- $1.50/hr. Shift Differential
