Primary responsibilities:
Assemble, inspect, pack, ship, and handle component parts or sub-assemblies using basic tools and assembly techniques
Ensure quality and productivity are maintained by following procedures
Rotate through different roles to gain cross-training and support department needs
Assist with more complex tasks as needed to support team goals
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required, with at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred (prior assembly experience is a plus but not required)
Ability to use basic tools, perform assembly operations, and work from production sketches and process sheets
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Ability to rotate stations, cross-train as needed, and work to a pre-assigned level of output while maintaining quality standards
Follow production sketches, process sheets, and instructions to determine setup procedures, required equipment/materials, assembly processes, safety precautions, and cycle times
Assist with more complex tasks as needed to support team goals and ensure adherence to prescribed processes
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
