Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technology field.
- 12+ years of progressive Supply Chain experience, especially in WMS and Retail Ecommerce domain.
- 12+ years of experience testing and developing professional web software.
- Strong knowledge of testing processes and methodologies, and good communication skills.
- Working experience with Ecommerce platforms, OMS, search, and third-party Ecommerce applications, 3PL.
- Exposure and understanding of modern web standards and technology.
- Ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams, including business and technical stakeholders.
- Comfort and experience working in an Agile SCRUM and test-driven environment.
- Experience working with offshore development and testing teams, and coordinating with them.
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration principles and tools like Jenkins, Github, etc.
- Strong professional experience with JavaScript and related libraries.
- Understanding of modern web architecture using MVC approaches.
- Exposure to bug tracking and task management software such as JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive the quality organization's vision and strategy across core engineering tracks to ensure consistency in methods and processes.
- Lead a team of test & QA engineers to deliver high-quality software consistently.
- Prepare and execute end-to-end test strategies and plans, coordinating with stakeholders and third parties on project delivery.
- Work closely with technical engineers, solution architects, and stakeholders to integrate testing into development and build processes seamlessly.
- Track and report key quality metrics to measure progress in strengthening ecommerce testing and quality footprint.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends, coding standards, libraries, and frameworks to enhance continuous integration.
- Maintain strong stakeholder management with development, business, environment, and third-party teams.
