Join our\nteam at Camboro Veterinary Hospital located in Edinboro, PA, just a short\ndistance from the picturesque Lake Erie in Northwest PA. We are currently\nlooking for a dedicated Managing Veterinarian/Medical Director to lead our\npractice. Joint Ownership is an option for interested candidates but not a requirement.

As the\nManaging Veterinarian/Medical Director, you will play a crucial role in\nproviding exceptional medical leadership, fostering a collaborative work\nenvironment, managing Associate veterinarians, and ensuring compliance with\nveterinary regulations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing medical\npractices, managing surgical and medical cases, and maintaining medical\nprotocols. Additionally, you will be responsible for the continuous education\nand licensure of our veterinary team.

Join us in\noverseeing the financial performance of the hospital, including budget\npreparation, revenue management, and strategic planning. Your role will involve\nmonitoring key financial reports to drive the success of our practice.\nCollaborating with the Hospital Manager, you will implement innovative\nstrategies to enhance client service, marketing initiatives, and overall\npractice success.

Compensation:

• Base salary of $120,000 - $135,000
• Production-based bonuses
