What You'll Do As a Pharmacy Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations while mentoring staff and championing patient care initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily prescription processing to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance
- Manage staffing levels and workflow to align with performance and profitability goals
- Support and guide pharmacists, technicians, and front-end staff with clear communication and leadership
- Serve as the escalation point for complex patient and provider concerns
- Collaborate with leadership on clinical programs, MTM services, and patient care initiatives
- Conduct performance reviews, coach team members, and promote continuous improvement
- Oversee quality metrics, implement corrective actions, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Partner cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and pharmacy operations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy best practices and assist with policy development
What You Bring
- BS or PharmD in Pharmacy
- Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin (Required)
- 3–5 years of pharmacy management or supervisory experience preferred
- Certified to administer vaccinations in Wisconsin (Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of proactive health, wellness, and nutraceuticals
- Experience with Google Workspace and pharmacy software (PioneerRx preferred)
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
