Bubba's 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is seeking a Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of restaurant operations. This role involves ensuring quality food and superior service, managing costs, and leading the team to success.

Responsibilities include:

• Enforcing employment policies and managing the management team
• Overseeing food, labor, and liquor costs
• Managing weekly and monthly P&L statements
• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and safety standards
• Developing key employees and managers
• Ensuring compliance with liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
• Maintaining the restaurant's culture and core values

Note: Managing Partners are required to make an initial monetary deposit and sign an employment agreement with Bubba's 33.
