Were looking for a Managing Director to join our Capital Raising team in Principal Real Estate. In this role, your core focus will be to drive institutional asset raising activities for the firms real estate platform with investors in the Eastern US and Canada. Develop deep and strategic relationships with Limited Partners and investment consultants in the Eastern US and Canada Drive new real estate capital efforts for fund launches Provide clients, prospects, and consultants with ongoing updates about the investment philosophy, process and performance of real estate funds and platforms and act as primary contact when appropriate Participate in investment strategy meetings with portfolio managers Provide investor and market insights to the product development process, both new and existing Principal Asset Management, a subsidiary of Principal Financial group, offers global asset management expertise across a diverse set of traditional and alternative asset classes.
