Invesco is seeking a Managing Director for its Middle-Market Direct Lending group, focusing on private equity-backed private debt investments in middle market companies.

• Originate opportunities and manage financings for senior debt, unitranche, and equity investments.
• Expand private equity relationships in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investment bankers, advisors, and other intermediaries.
• Contribute to due diligence processes, including underwriting and portfolio management.
• Present investment memos to the Investment Committee.
• Negotiate and review term sheets and legal documents for transactions.
• Assist with capital raising activities and special projects.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members.

• 12+ years in a credit or private equity related role.
• Experience in direct lending, private credit, or equity investment in middle market companies preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree from a top university required.
• Advanced Degree (CFA, CPA, MBA) preferred.
• Fluent knowledge of current market terms and competitive landscape.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant technology tools.

Salary range: $250,000 - $300,000 annually, including salary and incentive pay.

Employees are expected to work in the office at least three days a week, with two days remote.
