Managing Director, M&A Counsel - Global Investment Bank - Larson Maddox : Job Details

We are currently partnering with a Global Investment Bank on a key hire that will be supporting the legal team & senior bankers on high level M&A transactions. This individual will have the chance to work directly with various business groups and C-suite figures on corporate advisory matters. You will have the ability to grow exponentially on a collaborative team wearing multiple hats as the bank continues its growth on a global scale.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on all strategic M&A transactions
• Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transactional documents
• Advise C-suite individuals on equity offerings, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and private placements
• Ability to build strategic relationships with internal stakeholders, including investment bankers, product groups and external counsel

Requirements:

• JD from a top tier law school
• 12+ years of experience within private practice & in-house environment focusing on M&A
• In-House Experience in the Financial Services space required
• M&A experience coming from a Bank or Investment Bank
