It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work onsite for three (3) or more days a week and will have a dedicated workspace when working onsite. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.

An established Minneapolis based broker/dealer is looking to expand its institutional equity sales desk. The ideal candidate will have extensive institutional sales experience, results driven mindset with a proven track record of generating revenue by selling equity products (stocks, derivatives, US Equities etc.) to institutional clients and family offices, providing market insights, and fostering strong, long-term client relationships. Willingness to lead by example in all activities including, cold call prospective new clients to expand the firm's customer base is essential. We are looking for people who have an institutional sales package & able to leverage strong existing relationships.
