We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Managing Director to lead our agency into its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of a strong background in the public relations field with proven leadership skills and a commitment to guiding teams and clients alike. This individual will oversee all aspects of agency operations, business development, client strategy, and team mentorship.
This candidate must have a passion for public service, a desire to work for nonprofits and issue advocacy campaigns and a goal to work for a mission-driven company like The TASC Group.

What We Offer:
Compensation range: $150,000- $175,000 + a performance-based bonus
