• Command the Spotlight: Originate and lead complex M&A and capital markets transactions across sports franchises, media rights, digital content platforms, entertainment studios, IP owners, and related assets
• Shape the Sector: Be a go-to thought leader in the business of sports and entertainment-an advisor who can move quickly between the boardroom and the green room
• Drive the Pipeline: Build and manage a robust book of business-identify new deal opportunities, win mandates, and expand client coverage
• Lead From the Front: Manage every phase of the transaction lifecycle, from pitch to close-sourcing, valuation, diligence, structuring, negotiations, and execution
• Build & Inspire: Lead and mentor a growing team of high-performing junior bankers and cultivate a culture of creativity, collaboration, and client excellence
• Collaborate & Scale: Leverage internal partnerships across equity research, trading, and sales to unlock full-firm capabilities for your clients

Experience and SkillsYou Are

• An elite investment banker with 10+ years of experience and deep deal expertise in Sports & Entertainment, ideally within a major IB platform or boutique with a strong sector focus
• A trusted advisor with extensive industry relationships-from league execs to studio heads to private equity investors in the space
• FINRA Series 79 certified (required), with advanced credentials (MBA, CFA, CPA) preferred
• A top-tier originator with a track record of closing complex deals and generating revenue across M&A, private placements, and strategic advisory
• A master of storytelling through numbers-fluent in financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis
• A sharp communicator with high EQ and presence-able to influence decision-makers in high-stakes settings

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $250,000. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance.
