Compensation: $206,773 - $211,773 / year

  • Build on and out processes for integrations, at a business, cultural, strategic, and digital level aligned to our group growth objectives.
  • Work with key stakeholders in identifying and developing integration workstreams, creating teams, and providing support in activating and driving progress, and evolving and sharing process and best practice.
  • Embed FAB as our core strategic approach; and Brand-to-demand as driving how we structure our offering, and how we sell to, service and grow our clients.
  • Identify synergies and opportunities for breakthrough collaboration that drive profitability, increase market share, and drive overall growth across group.
  • Explore new business opportunities and input into pitch responses.
  • Work with the UK and US boards, develop and deliver against a collaborative vision and roadmap for growth - maximizing impact and benefits of a combined client and new business approach, and cross and up sell of in-Group specialist capabilities
  • Establish cadence through regular weekly leadership and board meetings as well as coaching colleagues/teams on an ongoing basis to successfully lead transformation workstreams.
  • Support on preparation and communicating the company's global narratives, business model, and uniqueness, and working with leadership to translate them from theory into practice.
  • Simplify complexity and solve issues through strategic thinking and problem analysis, stand up and lead or be key stakeholder on projects from idea to execution.
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseYou will have:Bachelor's degree in Management or directly related field, plus the following experience:
  • 8 years of progressively responsible and related experience in each of and utilizing the following: creating and implementing new solutions at a global organizational level and have a growth remit experience; acquiring and onboarding major international clients with revenues of $25 billion and over and with operations in North America and Latin America (NALA), Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Asia-Pacific (APAC); leading C-Suite engagement across multi-regional leadership with demonstrated ability to develop strategic frameworks and communicate successfully across organization; internal and client-facing engagements with C-Suite across sectors, including financial services, aerospace, and SaaS
  • 7 years of experience in driving organizational change at a global level to support delivery of programs aligned with our strategic approach
  • 5 years of experience in direct leadership of international teams with proven experience of navigating cultural complexities
  • 2 years of experience in leading multi-country, multi-acquisition integrations and restructuring within an international marketing communications organization
  • Requires engagement in at least 2 rounds of private equity investment and demonstrated experience of working with C-Suite level leadership in developing and communicating business and investor narratives
  • Experience may be gained concurrently
  • Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable
  • International or domestic relocation required for up to 6 months at any one time to support existing and new businesses joining our group
In lieu of the above, the following experience:
