Senior leadership role, in the pitching, structuring approved and execution of M&A and strategic advisory engagements. Develop relationships with senior executives both inside the bank and at our clients and prospects. Lead and participate in pitching, managing and closing complex M&A and financial transactions. Collaborate with Capital Markets product partners along with other parts of the bank including commercial R - Ms, senior management and credit to provide differentiated solutions to our clients and prospects.
