Align the organization through effective communications, including key messaging to internal business partners and fostering the One State Street mindset. Support strategic direction and drive accountability with clear goals, objectives and metrics. Organize and prioritize critical issues and information for the division executives to facilitate efficient decision making. Develop and maintain effective core management reporting, dashboards and analysis tools.
