Confidential Fintech Platform — Senior Relationship Management LeaderAbout the OpportunityOur client is a fast-growing, venture-backed fintech innovator transforming how wealth advisors access and manage private-market investments through a data-rich SaaS platform. They enable RIAs and family offices to discover, model, and monitor VC, PE, private credit, and co-investment opportunities with institutional-grade infrastructure.

The RoleWe're seeking a Managing Director / Director of Relationship Management to lead high-touch partnerships with RIAs, multi-family offices, and private wealth managers. You will:

  • Cultivate & Expand new advisor relationships, driving platform adoption and portfolio structuring.

  • Advise & Educate sophisticated firms on private-market strategies and our technology-driven solutions.

  • Lead Onboarding & Training, deliver thought-leadership, and gather market insights to inform product enhancements.

  • Represent the Platform at industry events, roundtables, and client forums to strengthen brand presence.

Ideal Profile

  • 8+ years in advisory, relationship management, or sales within private markets, asset management, or wealth management.

  • Proven RIA/Family-Office Network, especially HNW/UHNW advisory firms.

  • Deep Private-Markets Expertise: VC, PE, co-investments, and alternative-asset allocation.

  • Tech-Platform Fluency: Prior SaaS sales, onboarding, or advisor-training experience.

  • Outstanding Communication: Able to simplify complex investment concepts for diverse audiences.

  • Strategic Mindset: Consultative approach, independently driven, with strong follow-through.

Location & Package

  • Offices in NYC or Menlo Park, CA (3–4 days/week on site). This role will be based either in Northern CA (preferred) or Southern CA.

  • Base Salary: $1750K–$230K + performance bonus + equity.
