Mesirow Investment Banking focuses exclusively on middle-market transactions and serves both public and private companies in merger & acquisition advisory, debt advisory, restructuring and special situations, fairness and solvency opinions, board of directors' advisory and special committee representation. We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Managing Director to lead our Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the market, extensive experience in DCM, and a demonstrated history of successful deal origination and execution. This role demands strong leadership, strategic insight, and the ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesIn accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law, the anticipated hiring base salary for the role will be between $200,000 and $225,000 per year. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, also provides the opportunity for a commission / bonus and the Mesirow benefit program.
