As part of our expanding Global Engineering Sciences team, you will work on complex engineering challenges across various industries such as LNG production/storage, chemical processing, power generation, and new construction projects. Secretariat leverages diverse technical expertise and industry knowledge to provide clients with solutions that enhance performance and safety.

We are seeking a Managing Director with a background in mechanical or chemical/process engineering, proven experience in team building, project execution, and client management. Ideally, the candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial facilities, including LNG plants, chemical processing plants, and power generation facilities. Experience with industrial dust and explosive material mitigation is also desirable.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Established track record in business development and an existing client base
  • Professional degrees and approximately 10 years of experience, including:
    • PhD or MS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Fire Protection Engineering
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience testifying in depositions, trials, arbitration, or hearings
  • Strong expert report writing skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective listening, verbal, written, technical, and presentation skills
  • Leadership desire and ability to support a growing practice within a rapidly expanding firm
