Managing Director, Applied Omni Solutions (Audience & Strategy) – role at Annalect, the Data & Technology arm of Omnicom Media Group.

Team Overview: We are a team of audience insights specialists analyzing audience behavior and preferences, using Omnicom's proprietary Omni platform to help clients develop effective marketing strategies.

Position Overview: The Managing Director serves as a senior liaison between Annalect and partner companies across Omnicom. The Audience SME converts business needs into actionable audience strategies that drive client results. This role requires strong project management to collaborate with clients, agency leaders, and Annalect leadership, and to align cross-agency partners with Annalect capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for consultative engagements around audience strategy, data and technology.
  • Identify data-driven/analytical opportunities and growth areas for Omnicom agencies or Omnicom clients.
  • Deliver data-driven solutions across Omnicom partner agencies, refining, implementing, and maintaining processes, tools, and talent.
  • Demonstrate leadership with deep research into client business issues.
  • Align business metrics to show measurable results linking data to the creative product.
  • Understand and articulate how Annalect solutions impact the client's business.
  • Advocate for data solutions and educate partners about them.
  • Ensure data and technology solutions are delivered in a simplified, client-oriented manner; explain methodologies clearly and anecdotally for data/analytic solutions, services, platforms, and practices.
  • Translate complex data analytics into business terms for marketers and enable agencies to sell repeatable offerings.
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • 15+ years' experience with a mix of agency, consulting and client-side, data and advertising technology.
  • Strong advertising technology subject matter expertise with the ability to map data solutions to technical requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with senior colleagues across OMC partner groups and Annalect teams.
  • Proactive and excellent follow-through skills.
  • Ability to break down complex client needs into clear opportunities.
  • Understanding of digital data topics including first-party data and CRM, third-party data ecosystem, clean rooms, DMPs, and cross-device tracking.
  • Articulate and capable of speaking with diverse audiences, translating technical topics into business language.
  • Experience in an agency environment with knowledge of agency media campaign planning and execution is desirable.
  • Must have strong PowerPoint and verbal presentation skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Range: $175,000—$250,000 USD. Hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office; two days may be remote. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k), FSA, vacation, sick days, parental leave, and disability coverage. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with team-needs alignment.
