The Life Sciences - Patient Services team provides program design, implementation, and monitoring services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies. They support clients across the lifecycle of a product to determine the right suite of Patient Support Programs (PSPs), bring them to life through strong partnerships with manufacturers and third-party vendors, and ensure they achieve their strategic intent through nuanced and bespoke program monitoring solutions. Common projects include defining patient treatment journeys, identifying engagement points, barriers, and unmet needs; conducting secondary and primary market research; developing program blueprints and detailed designs; supporting operational build-out of PS HUBs and related programs; defining methodologies to measure and benchmark program performance; engaging executive audiences with actionable insights; supporting business development activities; and managing junior staff development. Managing Consultants manage projects from cultivation to completion, oversee project teams, manage client relationships, develop work plans, staffing, deadlines, and budgets, and lead team meetings. They coach Consultants and Senior Consultants, provide feedback, and work closely with Directors and Managing Directors. Travel averages 20%. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years of relevant consulting or work experience in Patient Services, willingness to travel up to 20%, and authorization to work in the US without sponsorship. Excellent communication, collaboration, client management skills, and ability to identify business opportunities are desirable.
