- Coordinate employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of benefits policies and procedures
- Communicate benefits information to employees and answer their inquiries
- Manage relationships with benefits providers and negotiate contracts
- Analyze benefits data and prepare reports for management
- Conduct training sessions for employees on benefits offerings
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in legislation affecting employee benefits
- Support the recruitment process by providing benefits information to potential hires
- Evaluate and recommend changes to improve the benefits program
- Work collaboratively with staff to understand company benefits needs and propose solutions
- Evaluate and analyze employee benefits results and explore new cost-effective benefits solutions
