What you will do
As Manager, Workplace Practices - Employee Relations, you will be a key member of Stryker's HR Center of Excellence (COE), and you will serve as a strategic partner supporting the Orthopedics (Ortho) Group by leading complex employee relations investigations and driving proactive workplace practices. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in HR investigations, a strong understanding of commercial environments, and a passion for fostering a culture of integrity and accountability. This position plays a critical role in shaping employee experiences, mitigating risk, and advising HR and business leaders on sensitive and high-impact matters across the U.S.

$100,500-$198,700 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
