A growing organization is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation and benefits strategy and execution across the company. This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on designing, implementing, and managing total rewards programs that attract, engage, and retain top talent.
What You'll Do:
- Design and manage compensation programs, including base, bonus, incentive, and commission plans
- Lead benefits strategy and compliance, including health plans, 401(k), wellness, and leave programs
- Oversee annual merit, bonus, and open enrollment processes
- Partner with HR, Finance, and senior leadership on pay decisions, workforce planning, and vendor management
- Use data and analysis to guide recommendations, budgeting, and reporting
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits
- Proven track record designing and rolling out comp & benefits programs
- Strong analytical and Excel skills, with experience in HRIS systems
- Bachelor's degree required; HRCI/SHRM certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex, sensitive projects
