The Impact You Will MakeBully Pulpit International (BPI) is seeking a Talent Manager to help build and grow the expanding Talent department. Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Talent, you'll leverage your Human Resources experience and passion for people to own and drive tactical people functions in a global agency while supporting the strategy and growth of the Talent group.
The ideal candidate sits at the intersection of the art and science of successful talent management by utilizing a customer-service mentality, a data- and process-driven outlook, and an eye toward attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry. Well-versed in the day-to-day operational needs and annual timelines of HR and talent departments, you'll thrive as a self-starter and owner of employee-focused initiatives. From compliance and process optimization to culture and engagement, BPI's next Talent Manager will use a holistic approach to foster both operational and interpersonal harmony.
